Eligibility

  1. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  2. The 7-day return period begins from the date of purchase.

  3. Display images are shot in a professional studio, so slight variations may occur. For better clarity, customers can request actual product images or videos.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our support team within the 7-day window to initiate your return.

  2. Share your original purchase details(i.e, Invoice) and the reason for the return.

  3. Our team will guide you with the return authorization, packaging steps, and shipping instructions.

Return Charges

  1. Defects or Damage: If the product is defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping. You will receive a full refund or replacement.

  2. Non-Defective Returns: For reasons other than defects or damage, cost of return shipping is your responsibility. A restocking fee may apply and will be deducted from the refund.

Refund Process

  1. After receiving and verifying the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. The refund amount will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless stated otherwise.

Additional Information:

  1. Pack the item securely to ensure it arrives in original condition. 

  2. Any freebies, gifts, or promotional items received with the product must also be returned.
